Many thanks to Pascal (Sothelin) for organizing the www.gloryofdawn.com domain! The guild now finally has a domain worthy of its standing. The guild has been growing of late and after our alliance being formed, we've been as active as ever. Now all we need is a few good scholar manuscript posts up! |

As of last night, Glory of Dawn is officially back in an alliance. We've formed an alliance with the guild, Council of Seven, after a long communication between myself and their guild. The name for the alliance we've settled on is "Legion of Unity". Whilst the alliance currently holds only us and Council of Seven, we're hoping it will grow in time and gain much prestige. The roleplaying story and functional ingame stratagem of the alliance is for each guild to be a branch of an army (Legion of Unity). Council of Seven will represent the military arm of the legion and Glory of Dawn the intelligence branch. Once the time comes to bring another guild into the alliance, they too will bring something unique and so it shall continue. |

Just a quick bit of news. I've added a bit of this and that on the site. The gallery now contains screenshots and allows registered users to submit screenies of their own (it autoresizes). Member written articles can now be found under "Member Postings" on the main menu and there are two categories, rants and manuscripts. Rants is just general guild posts and manuscripts are In Character posts. You can find where to post when you logged in, under the user menu. PLEASE keep posts to the correct categories or I'll have to delete them. Also, the guild ranks, vault and rules have been made into submenu items under Guild Info. There's also a nifty little menu item "Join Now!" which has info on how to join..although its a work in progress *cough*.
I'm currently also searching for bugs and appreciate any reports if you find them (also mention in what browser). I've fixed the update profile error as well as the banner appearing under comments on articles.

Since moving to Burlok, Glory of Dawn has undergone some changes, not only in game but also on its website.
Those of you familiar with the old site will notice that the forum no longer exists and a registration has been placed directly into the site with a "Notes Board" for members to leave messages. Additional functionality is being worked on, like the Gallery to allow user submitted screenshots and I'm also considering putting in a calendar system. There will definately be more site changes to come and the site news WILL be updated regularly.
I'd also like to point out the guild theme has been completely revamped and you can read about it on the homepage as well as going to guild ranks for ranking information. |

Glory of Dawn has been working hard on growing again. Considering we started with a whopping three members again, we have now worked up to nine members in total. After a fun trip around tier 1 where we poked the forces of Destruction out of bed and claimed all they had in the land, we had grown nicely. Thanks all for your great role-playing and joining in the event! We all looked great in “Formation X” even if it was only for a thirty second duration. |
